Instruments

Arbitrary Waveform Generator

Leverage the highly versatile Moku:Go Arbitrary Waveform Generator to generate custom waveforms on two channels, with up to 65,536 points and sample rates of up to 125 MSa/s. To generate truly arbitrary waveforms, load waveforms from a file or input them as piece-wise mathematical functions with up to 32 segments. Use burst mode to trigger waveform generation from input channels with start or n cycle modes, or output waveforms with more than 250,000 cycles of dead time between pulses in pulsed mode.

Data Logger

Engineered for flexibility, the Moku:Go Data Logger lets you log two independent data channels directly to the device’s internal memory with sampling rates of up to 1 MSa/s, or stream data directly to your computer. On Moku:Go, 12-bit ADCs can log data with voltages ranges from ± 5 V to ± 25 V for flexible testing.

Logic Analyzer/ Pattern Generator

The versatile Moku:Go Logic Analyzer/Pattern Generator makes use of the device’s 16 digital I/O ports to stimulate, monitor, capture, and debug digital systems. Sample signals on two independent channels at rates of up to 125 MSa/s. Use the integrated Protocol Analyzer and Pattern Generator features to to decode common protocols like UART, I2C, I2S, and SPI, enable full digital circuit design and analysis, or debug custom designs quickly and efficiently in Multi-instrument Mode.

Oscilloscope

The Moku:Go Oscilloscope features two high-speed, low-noise input channels with an analog bandwidth of up to 30 MHz and a sample rate of up to 125 MSa/s. Its 12-bit ADCs can handle input signals of up to ± 25 V, with two included probes for all your benchtop testing needs. Leverage the embedded two-channel Waveform Generator to quickly produce various waveforms with a maximum bandwidth of 20 MHz.

Spectrum Analyzer

Use the versatile and efficient Moku:Go Spectrum Analyzer to observe input signals in the frequency domain between DC and 30 MHz. View up to two channels simultaneously with a resolution bandwidth as low as 470 mHz and a minimum span of 100 Hz. For top performance in a range of applications, the Spectrum Analyzer comes equipped with a built-in two-channel Waveform Generator with 20 MHz of output bandwidth.

Waveform Generator

Use the highly flexible Moku:Go Waveform Generator to generate up to two independent waveforms with a maximum bandwidth of 20 MHz. For top performance in a range of applications, select between sine, square, ramp, pulsed, noise, or DC waveform shapes. Choose from high-bandwidth modulation of phase, frequency, amplitude, or pulse width, or generate triggered bursts or sweeps from an internal or external source.

Digital Filter Box

Leverage the versatility and performance of the Moku:Go Digital Filter Box to interactively design and generate a range of infinite impulse response filters. For maximum flexibility, select from lowpass, highpass, bandpass, and bandstop filter shapes with up to seven fully configurable filter types, including Butterworth, Chebyshev, and elliptic. Upload your own filter coefficients for a filter truly customized to your own needs.

FIR Filter Builder

Leverage the versatile Moku:Go FIR Filter Builder to design and implement lowpass, highpass, bandpass, and bandstop finite impulse response (FIR) filters with up to 14,819 coefficients. It’s easy to fine-tune the filter response in the frequency and time domains to complement your specific application. For maximum flexibility, select between four frequency response shapes, five common impulse responses, and up to eight window functions.

Frequency Response Analyzer

The Moku:Go Frequency Response Analyzer enables you to measure the frequency response of a system in both magnitude and phase using a swept sine output from 10 mHz to 20 MHz. With up to two inputs and outputs available for Moku:Go, it’s easy to enable differential or ratiometric measurements. Select up to 8192 points per sweep and configure settling and averaging times to balance total sweep duration and signal-to-noise ratio.

Laser Lock Box

The Moku:Go Laser Lock Box enables you to lock a laser’s frequency to a reference cavity or atomic transition using high-performance modulation locking techniques. The Laser Lock Box includes a Lock Assist feature, enabling you to quickly lock to any zero crossing on the demodulated error signal.

Lock-in Amplifier

The Moku:Go Lock-in Amplifier supports dual-phase demodulation (X/Y or R/θ) from DC to 30 MHz. It also features an integrated two-channel Oscilloscope and Data Logger, enabling you to observe signals at up to 125 MSa/s and log data at up to 1 MSa/s.

PID Controller

With the Moku:Go PID Controller, it’s easy to leverage up to two fully configurable PID controllers to simplify system feedback and stabilization. Deploy them in applications requiring both low and high feedback bandwidths, such as laser temperature and current stabilization. For maximum flexibility, you can also utilize the PID Controller as a lead-lag compensator by saturating the integral and differential controllers with independent gain settings.

Phasemeter

The Moku:Go Phasemeter measures the phase, relative to a reference clock, of up to two input signals from 1 kHz to 30 MHz. Built on a digitally implemented, phase-locked loop architecture, it provides exceptional dynamic range, zero dead time, and measurement precision that exceeds the performance of conventional lock-in amplifiers and frequency counters.

Time & Frequency Analyzer

Count events with a timing jitter of less than 50 ps RMS with the Moku:Go Time & Frequency Analyzer. Feed configurable event detectors into up to two ultra-precise interval analyzers to replace your frequency counter, event counter, photon counter, and more — all with one versatile instrument that offers real-time, on-device histograms and interval statistics.
